These are recurring state deadlines. Missing them is a per-day penalty, not a one-time fee.

Prices are per facility and include everything up to the submit button. If your facility is unusual, we tell you the price before we start, in writing.
Everything runs over email. No site visit is needed for an HMBP. The whole thing takes you under an hour of your own time.
A photo of your drums and cabinets, a supplier invoice, or your SDS binder is enough to start. We send a short checklist for anything missing.
Inventory, site map and emergency plan are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by LiDan before you see them. We enter everything into CERS under your account.
You stay the responsible party. You look it over, certify, and it’s done before March 1. We keep a copy and remind you next year.
