LiDan Environmental Consulting LLC (“LiDan”, “we”) prepares routine environmental compliance filings for facilities in California, such as Hazardous Materials Business Plans in CERS and Industrial General Permit annual reports in SMARTS. We prepare documents and data entry up to the point of submission. The facility operator reviews, certifies and submits each filing and remains the responsible party under California law.
